GarageBand for Windows PC

Made by Apple again it is very much like Garage Band but much more advanced. It has a hefty price tag of $499 but again it is worth it. Has more than 1000 instruments and a organized interface.

FruitLoops

This is one of the cheapest and one of the most used programs by professinals. You can make loopholes with just a midi controller and it is only about 50 dollars and up.

Reason

A little bit more expensive but worth it. Easy to use interface once you get the hang of it. YouTube it and find out more about Reason music production software

Sonic Producer

This is very cheap at only 30 dollars. It is good for beginners but not the best for professional beats. It is most like garageband.
